Coca-Cola Beverages Africa uses Microsoft technology to simplify its operations

The major focus of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) was to digitize every aspect of the company, and trey do this with Microsoft technology.

By transitioning to Azure and adopting Microsoft solutions like Dynamics 365 and Power BI, they improved financial operations and strengthened customer relationships.

In switching platforms, they combined customer engagement, security, and analytics into one place—offering a reduced application landscape with decreasing numbers of virtual machines.

With Microsoft, CCBA achieved that goal, reducing its IT costs from 2.85 percent of net sales revenue to just below 1.4 percent of net sales revenue.

“One of our major focuses has been corporate digitization,” begins Joshua Motsuenyane, CIO of CCBA. “This naturally means digitizing across all business areas and, more importantly, digitizing for the customer—creating new routes to market and enhancing existing ones.”
